Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Head is a senior-level position located in Coimbatore, responsible for steering the digital marketing efforts of Cheran Group. We are seeking an individual with 7-10 years of relevant experience in a full-time capacity. This role demands expertise in developing and implementing cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to enhance our institution's online presence and student engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in SEO optimization (Mandatory skill) to enhance visibility and ranking of the institution's online portals.
  • Proven experience in institution based social media strategy (Mandatory skill) to foster robust online communities and engage with prospective students.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills (Mandatory skill) to evaluate and refine marketing tactics effectively.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager to execute targeted advertising campaigns aimed at prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Experience in content marketing strategy to create and manage high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Knowledge in email marketing automation to streamline communication and engage with students and parents effectively.
  • Ability to manage PPC campaigns to increase the visibility and enrollment for our educational offerings.
  • Strong data-driven marketing knowledge to make informed decisions that optimize marketing strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the institutions goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all online channels, ensuring cohesive messaging across the institution's digital platforms.
  • Manage online advertising campaigns, including social media, PPC, and email marketing, to bolster student recruitment and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to align marketing efforts with institutional objectives.
  • Supervise the digital marketing team, fostering a creative and goal-oriented environment.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Ensure all digital content is in line with the brands identity and complies with legal and ethical standards.
