Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage high-volume recruitment initiatives for one of our top Banking Clients.

  • Support Recruitment Account Managers and Managers in managing the client's recruitment life cycle.
  • Work closely with contractors and consultants to provide timely updates on contracts, including renewals and terminations.
  • Assist HR Managers with onboarding newly hired contractors, consultants, and employees.
  • Create and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items such as issue logs, interview logs, job posting logs, candidate logs, and action item logs.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including setting up meetings and making reservations for senior management.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring new jobs are opened and updated daily.
  • Submit candidates to the client portal and review and track updates published on the portal.
  • Learn about candidate sourcing and screening principles.
  • Support background checks and contract renewals.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide feedback, and implement process improvements.
  • Assist recruitment managers during high-volume periods.
  • Contribute to creating Monthly KPI Reports (Key Performance Indicators).

Requirements:

  • University Degree required.
  • Excellent English oral and written skills; fluency in English is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
