Job Title: US Recruiter (Night Shift)

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: Complete Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will handle the complete recruitment cycle for US positions, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple job requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in US recruitment.
  • Willingness to work complete night shifts (US hours).
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in full-cycle US staffing.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,103.95 per month
