Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across IT roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.).

  • Handle client communications, ensure timely delivery of profiles, and maintain strong business relationships.

  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding coordination.

  • Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of diverse IT skill sets.

  • Excellent client-handling and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and market trends.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
