  • Handle IT recruitment for multiple clients, preferably with 1–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles
  • Source candidates through job portals ( Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.),
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and assess candidates' suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database regularly.
  • Work in Domestic Recruiter.
  • Support onboarding activities and assist in pre-joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within given timelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
