Job Overview

The Senior Human Resources Executive will manage and oversee HR operations, including team management, employee engagement, and workforce administration. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes, handling employee-related issues, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR team members, ensuring efficient HR operations
  • Handle leave management and maintain accurate attendance records
  • Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Resolve employee issues and provide effective problem-solving solutions
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale
  • Oversee workforce management to optimize staffing and productivity
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain HR documentation and support reporting and analytics for management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience: 3–5 years in HR roles, with experience in team handling and workforce management, preferably in travel or service industry
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR practices, payroll, attendance, and labor laws
  • Ability to resolve employee issues with tact and discretion
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
