Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Human Resources Manager located in Coimbatore. The Plant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR processes at the plant, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, this role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, handling training and development programs, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

  • Skills in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Ability to manage employee benefits and training programs
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
