Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Coimbatore. As the Human Resources Coordinator, the individual will be responsible for a range of HR duties including HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and overseeing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks involve managing employee records, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with departments to address HR-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Expertise in Benefits Administration and Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing HR Policies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education or technology sectors is a plus
