Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting our talented and diverse workforce. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Employee Relations: Address staff concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, including confidentiality and complaint management.

  • Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance review processes.

  • Training and Development: Coordinate staff training programs to enhance professional growth.

  • Payroll and Compliance: Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in healthcare or a similar industry.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
