About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven
HR Recruiter
with 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various technical and non-technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Work on job postings across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and share shortlisted profiles with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Ensure smooth
    candidate experience
    from application to onboarding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience
    (IT/Non-IT hiring preferred).
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques via social media, portals, and networking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HR tools/ATS will be an advantage.
