We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Team Manager to lead our recruitment team from anywhere in India.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing a team of recruiters to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.
  • Mentoring and training junior recruiters to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Assigning and prioritizing job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through timely updates and quality profiles.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
  • Strong exposure to client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to work on leadership and niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
