The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of professional B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base. They should also have experience in selling HVAC, Automation, or energy optimization platforms, as well as adeptness in creating demand for new generation technology solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, along with analytical and strategic thinking abilities, are essential for this role.
As a key member of our team, the Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with our product development team to meet customer needs and identify new business opportunities. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai and offers a dynamic and challenging work environment.
