
Sales Growth Director

Our organization seeks an experienced sales professional to spearhead international growth through strategic partnerships and innovative business development initiatives.
The Role:
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies across diverse regions to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and foster strong relationships with international clients.
- Leverage extensive experience in Edtech Sales to build and maintain a robust network of international clients, ensuring sustained growth and success.
- Lead and manage a team of International Counsellors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to optimize performance and achieve shared objectives.
- Identify and map customer requirements for products/services/solutions, aligning them with the organization's offerings and delivering exceptional value to end-users/customers.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to facilitate seamless execution of responsibilities and ensure effective delegation of tasks.
- Adapt comfortably to a flexible schedule, with a focus on achieving results while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- Minimum 8 years of experience required, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
