Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical inputs to regional business managers to consolidate potential sales and develop annual business targets.
- Develop and approve franchise partner business targets on an annual basis.
- Formulate and obtain approval for retail function optimization strategies.
- Maintain periodic review of company-owned and franchised store financial performance against set targets.
- Establish and implement tracking mechanisms for operational performance, enabling course correction and corrective action as needed.
