Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Relationship Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our NRI customers and providing them with premium customer service delivery.

About the Role

The Digital Banking Relationship Specialist will work within our RM Hub to cater to the service needs of our NRI customers. The key responsibilities include:

  • Working with our clients to understand their product, portfolio, and banking needs
  • Achieving monthly revenue targets through effective cross-sales generating fee income across Investment, Assets, Cards, and Liability products
  • Providing transparent end-to-end client support using various applications, tools, and databases
  • Maintaining strict adherence to internal control policies and ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Good communication skills in both English and local language
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to successfully work as a part of a team
  • High sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently
  • Strong willingness to work in Relationship Management; Banking operations and products including investment products Prior experience in Sales
  • Knowledge of Mutual Fund, Life insurance, General insurance, PMS, and structure products
