We are seeking an experienced Business Lead Hunter to join our team. In this role, you will identify and engage potential business leads in the USA market through data-driven prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize advanced sales software and tools to research and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
- Send personalized outreach messages and connection requests to prospects.
- Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with our Business Development team to align prospecting strategies with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
- Prepare and share regular reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support is required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours is required.
- Strong organizational and research skills, with attention to detail.
