Job Description:

Sales Territory Executive - We are looking for an ambitious and results-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Territory Executive. As a critical member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing sales efforts in your assigned territory, promoting wound care products to surgeons and nurses, and achieving sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the surgical sector/orthopedics industry.
  • SALLES GROWTH: Drives revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.
  • PRODUCT PROMOTION: Leveraging product expertise to promote wound care products to surgeons and nurses, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.
  • DISTRIBUTION NETWORK MANAGEMENT: Managing distribution networks and ensuring timely deliveries to customers.
  • ORDER BOOKING AND COLLECTIONS: Personal Order Booking from Retailers and collections from stockists as per company norms.
  • REPORTING: Providing regular reporting to State Managers, adhering to reporting systems and maintaining a live customer database.
  • OUTSTATION TRAVEL: Covering extensive outstation travel.

What You'll Need:

  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate degree with 2-7 years of relevant experience in the industry.
  • REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficient knowledge and experience in the surgical sector/orthopedics industry, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-driven and result-oriented approach.
