Territory Sales Manager Job Overview

Bull Machines Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in Tamil Nadu.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with district-level financiers and nationalized banks.
  • Create awareness about our products through sales promotional activities like road shows, onsite demos, and plant visits.
  • Maintain daily review of enquiry management system with dealers and team members to track progress.
  • Pursue retail finance activities with financiers, including RC/EMI/GPS tracker services.
  • Inspire dealer teams and customers through effective communication and relationship building.
  • Conduct self-reviews and team reviews daily to monitor business movement and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of experience in the industry.
  • Dealer management skills to optimize sales performance.
  • A systematic and process-driven approach to achieve results.
  • Industry exposure and courage to take calculated risks.
  • Willingness to learn new dimensions and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Competitive attitude to win over competitors and achieve business objectives.
