Territory Business Growth Manager

In the role of Territory Sales & Marketing Manager at Bull Machines Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute sales promotional plans to stimulate business activity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance sales performance.
- Routinely visit district-level financiers and nationalized banks to establish contact and facilitate financing opportunities.
- Generate inquiries through various touchpoints, including interactions with local government officials, dissatisfied customers, opinion makers, influencers, and earth-moving equipment operators.
- Promote sales activities such as road shows, onsite comparative demonstrations, and plant visits for customers and operators.
- Daily review of inquiry management systems with dealers and team members.
- Manage retail finance activities with financiers (RC/ EMI / GPS Tracker).
- Inspire dealer teams and customers.
- Conduct self-reviews and team reviews daily to monitor business progress.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree
Experience: Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years
