Territory Sales Specialist Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our team at Hyve. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth and leading Corporate B2B sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with corporate customers within the assigned territory.
Key Objectives- Sales Growth: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them, resulting in significant revenue growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing sales strategies and tactics.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and implement effective reporting and analysis processes to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
