Job Title: Account Manager II

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business success by effectively managing and growing existing accounts.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for managing key/named accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships.
  • Hunt net new/large competition accounts and develop plans to break through in large accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing and net new accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management: Manage and grow existing key/named accounts.
  2. Business Development: Hunt net new/large competition accounts and develop plans to break through.
  3. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  4. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities within existing and net new accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8–15 years of experience in AIDC sales managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
