About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large enterprise accounts, driving business growth, and executing strategic plans. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Key responsibilities include taking ownership of account management, driving sales growth, and delivering against strategic goals.
- They will also be responsible for understanding the IT investment landscape of customers and positioning the benefits of our solutions to assigned clients.
- Prospecting, up-selling, cross-selling, and generating new business opportunities with assigned accounts will be essential aspects of this role.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in SI Business in Cybersecurity or IT Infra.
- Proven experience in managing relationships with customers in Banking / Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high energy levels, and a hunger to win are essential for this role.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in successfully leading teams or business units in delivering to overall goals.
- An MBA with specialisation in Marketing or any related field is a plus.
