Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Digital Workspace Architect to lead the development and implementation of our digital workspace solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the complete application lifecycle from building, packaging, releasing, publishing, distribution, testing, and management.


The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with VMware Workspace One, Windows and macOS application packaging and distribution, iOS and Android application packaging and distribution, and Microsoft Power Platform knowledge.

  • A minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 3-4 years in solution architecture
  • Deep understanding of software development, including software construction, testing, packaging, and publishing
  • Experience in managing solution design for custom app signing, building, and publishing to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
  • Knowledge of mobile apps, development platforms, testing tools, security practices, version management, and CI/CD tools
  • Familiarity with low-code application development and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code Microsoft Azure services
  • Practical experience in solution design involving IT service management, including automating request fulfillment and designing attestation processes
  • Demonstrable solution design skills, including options analysis, conceptual modeling, creating data matrices, interface design, and application mapping
  • Proficiency in technical document writing, including creating executive summaries, flow diagrams, interface views, and logical graphical representations
  • Familiarity with best practices for app publishing to app stores and application packaging
  • Experience with one or more architecture modeling standards and awareness of architecture frameworks, principles, policies, standards, and governance processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories and drive change through influence and networking
  • Delivery focus, hands-on attitude, independence, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Organized and methodical approach, with the ability to initiate, plan, and develop according to a plan while managing uncertainty and risk
  • Keen interest in staying up-to-date with key developments in IT and external trend-sensing

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
