Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to lead our sales efforts in the South region, focusing on residential and commercial solar energy solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a multi-state channel sales role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.

A strong understanding of solar EPC solutions and proven success in sales leadership within a channel framework are essential.

The successful candidate will develop and expand channel partner networks, provide strategic direction, and ensure that sales targets are met across the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of State Business Development Managers who are accountable for sales in their respective states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the South region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance and progress towards targets.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field. An MBA degree is preferred.

Additionally, you should have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary range of **₹12-15 lakhs per annum** based on experience, plus additional benefits and perks.
