Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Solar Energy Solutions

Estimated Salary: ₹1500000 - ₹2500000 per annum

Job Description

The Role:

  • Develop and execute region-specific sales plans to drive revenue growth in each state.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, setting performance goals and ensuring skill development.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and increase market share in solar energy.
  • Create and implement state-level marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and promotional events to generate leads.
  • Manage key accounts, negotiate deals, and foster relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Evaluate local solar energy policies, regulations, and government schemes to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee budgets, track financial performance, and optimize costs to meet profitability targets.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and progress toward objectives to top management.
  • Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Experience

Minimum 12 years in solar sales and marketing, with a proven track record of leadership and driving results.

Work Location

The place of work will be either Chennai or Coimbatore, based on the candidates' preferences.
