Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to join Reveille Technologies in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients through strategic market research. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and present proposals effectively.
- Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to identify growth areas. Work closely with internal teams to align sales goals with business objectives.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors to support business operations. Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery. Build strong partnerships with vendors and manage performance metrics.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to deliver seamless client solutions. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership review. Track KPIs and analyze sales performance to refine strategies and processes.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Client Acquisition and IT Consulting.
- Expertise in Market Research and the ability to identify emerging opportunities.
- Strong background in Sales Strategy and revenue generation.
- Proficiency in Vendor Management and contract negotiations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
