South-II Regional Applications Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Regional Application Manager - South-II. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a diverse region, driving business partnerships and client engagement.
About the Role:
- Lead client engagement, business partnerships, and team management for the South-II region
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Support teams to drive business growth
- Manage a 7-member team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations
- Promote product education and training programs to enhance client retention
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, gathering feedback to inform business strategies
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:- Ensure timely application support across all modalities in the region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including self-clients and direct clients
- Conduct regular site visits, gather customer feedback, and report back to leadership to enhance customer experiences
- Collaborate with team members, customers, and experts to generate field data, application notes, and publications to support marketing efforts
- Work on menu expansion projects, charters, and business development initiatives within the region
- Support Sales teams with pre-sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Recruit, retain, and manage the frontline associates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Solicit feedback from team members, address concerns, and provide professional support and solutions
- Oversee daily work, supervise KPI completion, and encourage process adherence
- Develop key relationships with Application Specialists, Regional Managers, and other stakeholders to share best practices and achieve operational goals
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, audits, and documentation revisions
- Pose technical expertise in specific product lines, instructing others, and completing complex application calls
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science or Medical Lab Technology
- Minimum 8 years of experience in diagnostics, with at least 3 years of team management or mentoring experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and extensive travel required
