Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to lead our sales efforts in the South India region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Performance Indicators: Meet or exceed sales targets, develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities, and deliver high-quality service to clients.

Salary: ₹16-22 lakhs per annum (approximate), depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in the CAD/CAE industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
