About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Unacademy. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

With a strong understanding of our products and services, you will be able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and rapport with clients, resulting in successful partnerships and increased revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, research, and outreach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of our products/services and industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
