Job Title: Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Strategist to join our team at Career Mantra. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

You will work closely with our marketing, product, and operational teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of business development initiatives. Your ability to analyze market trends, develop compelling proposals, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential to your success in this role.

As a Sales Growth Professional, you will be expected to meet or exceed targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with your analytical and problem-solving abilities, will enable you to build and maintain professional relationships and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry contacts
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand competitive landscape and market trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Salary:

Ranging from ₹1.5 lakhs to ₹2.6 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
