**Market Analysis**:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on market insights.
**Product Knowledge**:Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the generic medications in the product portfolio.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of generic drugs compared to brand-name counterparts.
Train healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper use of generic medications.
**Customer Education**:Educate healthcare professionals on the cost savings and efficacy of generic medicines.
Provide information on the latest research and studies supporting the use of generic drugs.
Address any concerns or misconceptions about generic medications.
**Sales Planning and Reporting**:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales plans.
**Events and Conferences**:Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events.
Network with healthcare professionals and institutions to expand the customer base.
Organize and participate in product training sessions and workshops.
**Compliance**:Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
**Customer Feedback and Support**:Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and customers to improve products and services.
Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sciences or business.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on generic medications.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
