The Senior Procurement Director will lead the Indirect Procurement team at TAPI India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2 Procurement Managers to achieve Indirect categories objectives, most notably for savings generation, supplier risk management and uninterrupted plant operations and services.
  • Support Head of Indirect Procurement in development and implementation of global and regional Procurement strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Execute Indirect category strategies for all spend under its responsibility, establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct supply market research to provide category intelligence and benchmarks on industry dynamics, trends and best practices.
  • Source the right suppliers to support business needs, leading supplier negotiations and contracting, including management of tender and bids.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or Law is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of indirect procurement management experience preferably in a large industrial company.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment, strategic mindset with demonstrable capabilities of executing assignments in Indirect Procurement.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
