The School Administrator is responsible for the overall administration of the school. This role involves overseeing, operational, administrative, and academic functions to ensure the school's smooth and efficient operation, as well as the well-being and success of students and staff.
- **Job responsibilities**:_
- Educational Leadership:_
- Working and contributing towards developing and implementing a clear vision, mission, and strategic plan for the school.
- Help the school in maintaining high educational standards and overall excellence.
- Aid in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for the school.
- Operational Management:_
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, including budgeting, staffing, resource allocation, security management, housekeeping management & transport management.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.
- Support school management in maintaining & developing policies and procedures for school operations.
- Student and Staff Development:_
- Support the recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of teaching and administrative staff.
- Provide support for fostering professional development opportunities for staff members.
- Provide support for the well-being and academic growth of students.
- Parent and Community Engagement:_
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding school policies and academic progress.
- Engage with the local community, parents, and relevant stakeholders to build positive relationships and partnerships.
- Financial oversight:_
- Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Seek and manage sources of funding, grants, and donations as needed.
- Facilities and Resource Management:_
- Ensure the maintenance and efficient use of school facilities and resources.
- Oversee the procurement and management of instructional materials and equipment.
- Data Analysis and Improvement:_
- Use data-driven methods to improve the school’s effectiveness.
- Maintaining ERP & any other school-related elements.
- Crisis Management and Safety:_
- Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans and safety protocols.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise within the school community, including emergencies and conflicts.
- **Requirements & Skills**:_
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Substantial experience in school leadership or administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- High level of computer proficiency is required
- Demonstrated commitment to the well-being and success of students and staff.
- Understanding of CBSE laws, guidelines, and regulations.
- Should be able to do liaising

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
