About this role:

At a leading media company, we're seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Artist Manager, you'll play a crucial role in scouting, identifying, and onboarding top talent and influencers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scouting, identifying, and onboarding talented individuals, maintaining and updating the talent database.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to establish strong relationships with celebrities and high-profile talents.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to manage ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent.
  • Cultivating end-to-end collaboration and partnerships with talents to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely release of talent payments.
  • Supporting client servicing while maintaining a balanced perspective to meet expectations.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations (preferred).
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
