We are seeking a skilled professional to join our mission as a Data Science Expert.

In your first year, you will make significant contributions to our platform by:

  • Developing and implementing key metrics for ranking, interview analytics, and payouts systems.
  • Designing and running A/B tests and quasi-experiments, with a focus on rapid iteration and results-driven decision-making.
  • Building data models and dashboards to empower teams with self-service analytics.
  • Instrumenting events and improving data quality and latency.
  • Prototyping machine learning models to enhance matching and scoring capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid foundations in statistics, SQL, and Python, with a portfolio of projects to showcase your skills.
  • The ability to iterate quickly, framing questions, testing hypotheses, and shipping results in days.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a passion for clarity and impact.
