We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture Manager to shape our workplace culture, champion talent, and design systems that prioritize creativity, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead culture-building initiatives that foster inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Design and drive programs for recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication.
  • Be a culture ambassador—actively listen to team sentiment and take proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.

  • Build creative hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our values.
  • Design long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
  • Own and evolve the onboarding experience to create strong cultural alignment from Day 1.

  • Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on development and accountability.
  • Partner with leaders to identify L&D opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
  • Foster a culture of learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling tracks.

  • Ensure HR policies are progressive, fair, and in line with labor laws.
  • Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
  • Manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration.

  • Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform decisions.
  • Use data to proactively solve challenges around retention, performance, and engagement.

  • Own the employer brand on platforms by showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build our reputation as a workplace of choice.

Requirements

">
  • 6+ years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
  • Deep understanding of workforce dynamics, especially Gen Z and Millennial talent.
  • Strong grasp of labor laws and compliance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for culture, retention, and growth.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from the ground up.
  • Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and team morale.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
  • Someone with Marketing / PR Agency Background.
  • HRMS Experience is a plus.
