Job Title: Communication Specialist

The role of the Communication Specialist is to spearhead the learning culture and vision within new hire batches, developing and implementing training programs for new hire agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in creating a cohesive learning environment and driving the development of comprehensive training programs for new hire agents.
  • Provide floor support and BQ management, with an emphasis on neutralization of accent, cultural, and behavioral training.
  • Collaborate with the Learning Manager to provide professional development opportunities to the on-site front line, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional understanding of computer basics, including proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Email, and Internet platforms.
  • A strong background in MCP – minimum 2000 and/or Windows XP and 2003.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Well-developed consultancy skills, with a focus on delivering and facilitating impactful learning and development interventions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an internal/external training and development practitioner, with expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing others in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of training processes and practices for adult learners.
  • Experience in benchmarking HRD best practices, with a focus on driving innovation and excellence.
