Lead Data Science Vision and Strategy

We are seeking a highly experienced visionary to define shape our data science initiatives.

This role will be instrumental in defining our data strategy driving innovation in AI/ML building scalable data solutions that directly impact our business.

The successful candidate will be a technical leader mentor thought leader working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities develop cutting-edge models architect robust data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define champion the company's data science vision strategy aligning it with business objectives.
  • Design architect scalable robust data platforms solutions to support advanced analytics AI/ML initiatives.
  • Lead the development implementation of advanced statistical machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Drive innovation by exploring experimenting with new algorithms techniques.
  • Lead data exploration analysis efforts identifying key insights trends that can inform business decisions.
  • Mentor junior data scientists engineers fostering a culture of learning growth.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers engineers business stakeholders to understand their needs translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements data science AI/ML related fields.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences publish research papers contribute to the data science community.
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D./Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field with a strong focus on data science machine learning.
  • 12+ years of overall experience with minimum 8+ years in data science a proven track record of developing deploying successful AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling machine learning algorithms e.g. regression classification clustering deep learning data mining techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or similar.
  • Experience with big data technologies e.g. Hadoop Spark cloud computing platforms e.g. AWS Azure GCP.
  • Excellent knowledge of Generative AI (Transformer Models and Generative Adversarial Networks).
