Lead AI Engineering Strategist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development of our agentic AI platform.

  • Develop and implement scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.
  • Design and deliver complex systems and APIs that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.
  • Deep understanding of Python or comparable backend languages in production environments.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity.
