Key Responsibilities
  • Brand & Visual Design
    • Create compelling campaigns, ads, and digital creatives that capture audience attention.
    • Develop clean, modern layouts with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
    • Build robust brand systems that communicate value and enhance reputation.
  • UI/UX Design
    • Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile that prioritize user needs.
    • Own the full cycle: wireframe → prototype → polished design.
    • Consider edge cases, responsiveness, and seamless user flows.
  • Agile & AI-Powered Workflow
    • Work in rapid cycles: design, ship, learn, refine.
    • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, generative image platforms) to accelerate ideation and asset creation.
    • Bonus: ability to generate branded mockups, icons, and illustrations on demand.
    Requirements
    • A portfolio showcasing both brand design and UI/UX capability.
    • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI design tools.
    • Ability to balance speed with taste and attention to detail.
    • Experience designing for digital-first contexts (social, product, mobile, web).
    • A bias toward action, with a hunger to improve every day.
