We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team.

About the Role

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives that attract and retain top talent, while cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and hire top performers across various departments.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and develop plans to meet them.
  • Establish employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an attractive place to work.
  • People & Culture
  • Foster a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work environment through employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
  • Design onboarding experiences that reflect our values and support new hires in their transition to the role.
  • Performance & Growth
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback mechanisms.
  • Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance & HR Operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and other employee-related data.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
  • A results-driven HR professional with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive.
