About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating stakeholder input and feedback.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and report on program KPIs, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in a fintech or digital product launch environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Prior experience with lending platforms or digital product launches is highly desirable.

Candidates should possess:

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of project management experience in a related field.
  • An MBA or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly valued.
