We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to manage and grow key client relationships, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that meet and exceed client objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans that meet and exceed client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion of existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and services that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
