Job Description

The Project Director for Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in driving project delivery across the organization. This position is responsible for managing the inception and initiation of projects, defining project approach, resource requirements, and estimating project delivery timelines and costs.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work in a complex environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to set own work schedule and monitor progress against goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 8 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, or Consulting teams
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2, or MSP)
  • Excellent knowledge of project management techniques across Waterfall and Agile lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of insurance / financial services experience
