Strategic Initiatives Director

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage and execute our ambitious portfolio of initiatives. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires collaboration with global stakeholders, including policymakers, executives, event organizers, and sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Develop and maintain the phased roadmap for execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver results.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with partner goals.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
Qualifications:
  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
