Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive strategic expansion, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across key services.

  • Lead strategic initiatives and large-scale projects across regulatory & digital services.
  • Maintain adherence to SEBI, CKYC, RTA, UIDAI, AML/PMLA, and cybersecurity standards.
  • IDentify business growth opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, committees, and regulatory interactions.
  • Track KPIs on turnaround time, adoption metrics, and operational efficiency.
Ideal Profile:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • 20+ years' experience in securities markets/financial services.
  • Strong leadership in regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points: Proficiency in data analytics, process improvement, and change management.
