Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced executive to spearhead our India strategy, overseeing the delivery of our in-country operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a senior representative for our entities in India, ensuring adherence to local laws and internal policies.
  • Oversight of financial planning, team management, and budgeting across all business units.
  • Leadership and development of our Bengaluru-based team; mentorship and guidance for managers to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Implementation of a mission-driven approach focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact.
  • Collaboration with international teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Presentation of the organisation with confidence in legal, governance, and business forums.

About You:

  • Proven track record of operational leadership in India - ideally in a professional membership body or similarly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of governance, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing profit and loss statements.
  • Able to drive strategic initiatives with warmth, rigor, and agility.
  • Line management experience with the gravitas to lead national delivery.
