IT Project Lead

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT project lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-scale IT projects across infrastructure, service assurance, cloud modernization, and endpoint transformations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program Planning: Develop and implement project charters, detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), and responsibility assignment matrices (RACI) aligned to global delivery models.
• Execution: Drive the execution of infrastructure and service delivery projects, including global data center transitions, active directory and network consolidations, cloud migrations, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, infrastructure tool deployments, and IT service management (ITSM).
• Governance and Reporting: Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery metrics through project portfolio management (PPM) tools, report status to executive stakeholders, and ensure escalation frameworks are triggered.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), system integrators (SIs), and managed services providers (MSPs) to align project timelines, statements of work (SoWs), and service commitments.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring compliance with ITIL, GxP, SOX, and internal governance models.
• Budget and Commercial Control: Manage project budgets, procurement timelines, and invoice validations in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in project program management, with at least 5 years in infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise tool projects.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
• Comfort with executive reporting and multi-project dashboards.
• Travel requirement up to 30%, based on deployment review meetings and partner coordination.
