Job Description

Strategic Project Leadership

This leadership role oversees and executes strategic projects, product launches, lifecycle management, and operational support to drive site excellence and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute complex projects.
  • Manage new product introductions and ensure seamless integration of engineering functions.
  • Oversee project lifecycle management and operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; Management or MBA preferred for enhanced capabilities.
  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, project management, engineering, or related sectors in regulated industries.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale projects and driving process improvements.
  • Experience in medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, or pharmaceutical industries is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g. MDR, ISO 9001) and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, JJPS, and other continuous improvement tools.
