Strategic Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Sales Account Manager at Mystifly Consulting Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry and a proven track record of closing sales leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Marketing Team, using the CRM tool, planning communications and promotions, and maintaining and retaining existing customers by building long-term relationships at all levels.
The role involves understanding customer business models, recommending appropriate content solutions, and onboarding new clients by liaising with Technical, Operations, and Finance Teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying growth potential in existing accounts, developing new transactions and business, and contributing to sales strategies by evaluating product results on behalf of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan communications and promotions
- Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships at all levels
- Onboard new clients by liaising with Technical, Operations, and Finance Teams
- Identify growth potential in existing accounts
- Develop new transactions and business with existing customers
- Contribute to sales strategies by evaluating product results on behalf of existing customers
Requirements
- Experience in the travel industry
- Proven track record of closing sales leads
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools and software
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
